That's right, doom. So, sorry friends, if you're are looking for rainbows and leprechauns. This is your grandmother's literature site. You want grit and regret, you're gonna get it.

I recently received a few excerpts from the forthcoming Eduardo Galeano opus entitled Mirrors which is due out sometime in 2009 by the wondrous Nation Books. It is stunning and masterful, reminiscent of the Memory of Fire Trilogy, but broader and more ambitious in scope. Trust me, it is worth waiting for...
